• Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late arrival may reduce the treatment duration.

• Charges may remain unchanged in case of late arrival.

• Inform the wellness professional about allergies, injuries, medication, pregnancy, or medical concerns before treatment.

• Medical clearance may be requested for selected treatments or facilities.

• Spa treatments support general relaxation and wellbeing. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
   

 4. Payment and Gratuity: 

• Payment must be completed as communicated during booking or after the selected treatment.

• Accepted payment methods may include cash, cards, digital payments, and valid gift certificates.
   

 5. Spa Facilities: 

• Steam and Jacuzzi facilities may require advance booking or additional charges.

• Guests must follow hygiene and safety instructions.

• Mobile phone use and loud conversations should be kept to a minimum.

• Inappropriate or disruptive conduct may result in refusal or discontinuation of service.
   

 6. Personal Belongings:

• Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings.

• Melody Luxe Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless required by law.

• Valuables should be stored securely where storage facilities are available.
   

 7. Age Requirement:

• Certain treatments and facilities may be limited to guests aged 18 or above.

• Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Written consent may be required.
   

 8. Gift Certificates: 

• Valid gift certificates may be used for eligible treatments or products.

• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Refunds, expiry dates, and redemption terms are subject to the conditions stated at purchase.
